Kenrick Young, Esq. (J.D. U.C. Davis, 2004) founded the firm in 2008 after leaving a top bankruptcy boutique in Los Angeles and a top Sacramento law firm. His credentials include a clerkship for the Honorable Whitney Rimel, clerkship experience for the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and numerous successes in litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Young is admitted to all districts in California. His practice is focused on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and creditor's rights. He is also an occasional lecturer at various seminars on the topic of creditor rights and bankruptcy.
Prior to private practice, he graduated in the top 15% of his class at U.C. Davis, earned three Witkins Awards for the highest grades in his law school classes, and graduated magna cum laude from Biola University.

Nicholas Lazzarini, Esq. (J.D. Loyola Law School, 2008) is an associate at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he was an attorney at the white collar defense firm of Segal & Kirby, LLP. Prior to that, he was a white collar defense associate at Orrick, Herrington, & Sutcliffe, LLP. In law school, Mr. Lazzarini received the highest score on his team for the Vis International Commercial Arbitration moot court in Vienna, Austria. His current practice is focused on criminal and civil complex litigation.

Joanna Giang,
Esq. (J.D. University of S.F. School of Law, 2009) is an associate at the firm. She is
admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District
of California. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Kenrick Young, Ms. Giang was awarded the best brief award in Moot Court and received the CALI Excellence Award for Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis. She was a summer law clerk at Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard. Ms. Giang's practice is focused on creditor's rights, post-judgment enforcement, and consumer bankruptcy filings.
